Just before the beginning of my second term at the Glasgow School of Art, I was able to take part in a Fusion 360 workshop from Autodesk. The final part of the workshop introduced me to the Generative Design functions of the software. Beginning with a simple stool, I then tried to make a unique gaming PC, based off of results from a randomly generated design. I added in some internal components to try and make the build feel real, and to practice rendering with Fusion 360. The resulting shape looked like a tree trunk, so I tried to play around with the material for it and made it appear like wood. I think it could be a feasible design, by applying a hydrographic print to a plastic piece, then applying an adhesive to the glass for the plastic to stick in place.
