I used SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design an acrylic stand to display a vinyl record. I had drawn a few ideas of what I wanted, and then modelled it to visualize it in a 3D space. An Epilog Mini 24 laser cutter was used to produce the individual acrylic pieces to be assembled.

All 3D modelling and rendering was completed in Solidworks. I used AutoCAD to produce the drawings for an Epilog Mini 24 laser cutter.
